Cindi is our Firm Director.  Cindi joined Graham.Law, PC in the Spring of 2017 as a Paralegal and in the Spring of 2021, she took over management duties.  She has over 25 years of legal experience in various practice areas, but feels drawn to Family Law and has a passion for helping the firm’s clients during their times of need.  She also manages the firm’s bookkeeping, human resource management, payroll, 401k administration and client monthly billing systems, as well as vendor relations and IT systems management.

She is also a military veteran, having served for 8 years in the United States Air Force.  Cindi entered active duty right after high school graduation, answering the call to serve her country and follow in the footsteps of many of her family members before her.  While serving, Cindi’s initial specialty was Security Forces.  At the age of 18, she was one of the first (and youngest) female security forces members on her flight when stationed at Malmstrom AFB, MT.  She also was one of the only women to specialize in the M-60 machine gun in her Squadron!  She was an expert marksman in the M-16 and was also qualified to handle the M-203 grenade launcher and a Beretta 9mm.

After 4 years in Security Forces, Cindi took her passion for law and retrained to be an Air Force Paralegal.  She spent 4 years at Ellsworth AFB, SD, serving the Judge Advocate General as a Military Justice Paralegal and Claims Adjuster, as well as the Air Force Legal Services Agency as a Defense Paralegal.  Cindi received specialized legal training from the Air Force’s JAG School in Montgomery, Alabama.  Cindi also received her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from the Community College of the Air Force.

Cindi left active duty in 2003, so that the love of her life, her husband Marc, could pursue a military career in Recruiting.

Since leaving active duty, Cindi has joined Marc at his duty stations including Minnesota, Ohio and Illinois, and it has offered Cindi the ability to pursue experience in various practice areas.  Cindi has worked in Personal Injury, Mass Torts, Debtor/Creditor, Bankruptcy, Securities, Asbestos Defense and now Family Law.

Cindi is a proud native of Wisconsin, a Cheesehead and YES a HUGE Green Bay Packer fan and Shareholder!  Cindi and her husband keep very busy!  Marc retired from the Air Force after 26.5 years, in 2020.  They are empty nesters, having raised Marc’s two children from a previous marriage.  As a proud step-mother, Cindi feels that her years of experience as a bonus parent translates well to her daily work.

Cindi and Marc spend time camping in the summer and like to take their side by side out on the trails to kick up some dirt, or you can find them getting some wind therapy on their motorcycles and are truly thankful that the Air Force brought them to beautiful Colorado so that they can call this amazing state “home”.  Cindi also has a passion for animals, and has four fur babies at home, a Dachshund, two silver Labs and a German Shepherd.
