Kristen is one of our Family Law Paralegals who joined the Graham.Law team in March of 2021. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Bay Path University in May of 2017 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology and a Certificate in Advanced Paralegal Studies. She is also currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Counterterrorism and Advanced Homeland Security.
Prior to joining Graham.Law, Kristen worked as a paralegal at an Estate Planning Law Firm in Massachusetts, a Criminal Defense Law Firm in Hawaii, and a Personal Injury Law Firm here in Colorado. So she has plenty of paralegal experience to help our clients.
While studying Forensic Psychology Kristen interned with the clinical team at an adolescent detention center, where she saw first hand the adverse effects divorce and custody battles can have on children. Her unique background in Forensic Psychology and her work in Trust Administration allows her to empathize with an individual’s feelings and genuinely listen to and ease concerns.
Kristen married her husband Joseph, who is an active duty soldier currently stationed at Fort Carson, in 2018. Soon after their marriage, Kristen joined him in Hawaii, where they were stationed until the couple PCS’d to Colorado in April, 2019. Joseph and Kristen have three rescue dogs Trigger, Zeus, and Xena. Trigger and Xena are both Pitbull/Black Lab mixes and Zeus is a Rottweiler. The couple also welcomed their daughter Madelyn, in October, 2020.
Kristen was born and raised in Western Massachusetts where she played competitive soccer from ages 4 to 21 and captained her college team. Her favorite show is the Office and in her spare time she enjoys hiking, spending time with her family, and traveling.
