Graham.Law family law attorney Tiphani Gay is a native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and a cum laude graduate of Mercer University Walter F. George School of Law in Macon, Georgia. While attending law school, Tiphani practiced under the Third Year Practice Act with the Houston County District Attorney’s office and also served as a judicial field placement law clerk to the Honorable Edgar W. Ennis, Jr. in the Bibb County Superior Court. She was also awarded the Certificate in Advanced Legal Writing, Research and Drafting. 

Tiphani began her legal career in 2013 in Huntsville, Alabama, and for the past 8 years has practiced exclusively in Family Law.  She understands that legal issues involving family matters are often emotional. Through her experience, Tiphani has established a deep working knowledge of the law, along with an understanding of how families work and the potential consequences of the legal process and its outcome on the individual members of each family. In her practice, Tiphani seeks to balance the emotional and financial aspects of the matter facing her clients to achieve a solution that works in each client’s unique situation. Tiphani assists clients with all family law related matters.

Tiphani enjoys living in Colorado Springs with her husband, two children and two dogs. When she is not practicing law, Tiphani enjoys being outdoors and traveling. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the El Paso County Bar Association.
