Eileen Donnelly

Eileen Donnelly joined Graham.Law in May 2024.  She is a graduate of Carroll College in Helena, MT and Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, WA.

Eileen has been active in the field of family law in different capacities since 2008, first, as a family law practitioner representing clients in all manner of domestic relations cases and then as a Child and Family Investigator (CFI) and Child’s Legal Representative (CLR) in high conflict parenting cases.  Eileen completed the Child and Family Investigator training through the Office of the State Court Administrator’s Office in 2017, and has extensive ongoing education and training in relevant topics impacting children and families. As a CFI, Eileen was appointed to serve as the investigative arm of the court and was called on in dozens of cases to make recommendations concerning the allocation of parental responsibilities and the best interests of the children.  In this role, she has been qualified to testify as an expert in judicial districts across Colorado. As a CLR, Eileen champions the rights and best interests of children caught in the middle of parental disputes, ensuring that their voices are heard. As a result of this background and experience, Eileen is particularly insightful on cases involving parenting time and decision-making responsibilities.

Eileen is committed to finding child focused solutions to parental conflict.  She recognizes the financial and emotional costs associated with family law cases and strives to help clients through the process in a professional, efficient, and compassionate manner.
